Ukraine is among the most ageing countries in the world. According to the sociologists studies, by 2025 more than one-fifth of the country's population will be people over 65. Most of the people of this age require special care and full-time attention. In our country, the problem of decent care for the elderly people with severe disabilities like Alzheimer's disease, dementia, bedridden patients after strokes, people who are in a difficult life situation, is not sufficiently solved. Taking care of them falls on the shoulders of their relatives. This is a hard work that requires time, patience and special skills. It is almost impossible to combine round-the-clock care with a full-time job. In addition, there are many people who find themselves in a situation where their relatives are absent. Such people find themselves in a situation where there is literally nobody to take care of them
